Seasonal Yoga Practice - AUTUMN / Oct 27th

£20.00

This is the part one of a new monthly yoga practice in Wapping!

Each of the practices will be themed around the season that we are in, starting with Autumn.

We humans, just like all the plants and animals, are a part of nature and just like the rest of the natural world, our energies shift as we move through the seasons. Autumn is a season of transformation, where nature gracefully lets go, preparing for rest and renewal. In yoga, we can align with this energy by slowing down, grounding, and reflecting. This Autumn-themed practice will focus on asana (physical postures), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to help us connect with the season’s qualities of release and introspection.

This practice will be cozy and candle lit!

Location: Raine's House Wapping (Entry through Pollyanna Theatre)

Date: October 27th 2024

Time: 18.00-19.15
